Absolute bail to DGP's daughter 9/29/2014 11:04:13 PM Jammu, Sept 29:Judicial Magistrate Jammu Susheel Singh today granted absolute bail to Pooja d/o K. Rajendra who was granted interim bail on September 26, 2014. While extending interim bail to absolute bail, Judicial Magistrate Jammu Susheel Singh observed that personal of the file reveals that on September 26, 2014 the accused person was admitted interim bail subject to furnishing bail and personal bond to the sum of Rs 20,000 and however the bail was on condition that accused person shall appear before I/O two hours daily i.e. from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PMduring the period of interim bail, will cooperate with the investigating agency in smooth and early completion of investigation, shall not try to intimidate the evidence of the prosecution in any manner and will not leave the jurisdiction of the court without prior permission. Court further observed that it appears that the applicant had appeared before investigating officer and fully cooperated with the investigating agencies for taking the investigation into its logical conclusion and also complied other conditions imposed by this Court by admitting him to interim bail. Court further observed that as the applicant complied with all the conditions imposed by the Court, investigating in the case almost complete; so in view of the Court it will be in the interest of justice in case the interim bail granted to applicant is made absolute and allowed the application and absolute the interim bail granted by this Court on September 26, 2014.
