Tsering Angmo of GCW Parade participates in YEP in Russia 10/16/2014 10:20:38 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 16: Tsering Angmo of GCW Parade participated in Youth Exchange Programme (YEP) in Russia. She had performed extremely well during the recently conducted RDC (Republic Day Celebration) 2014 in New Delhi and honoured as a best commander and got a trophy. She was interviewed at various level in the hierarchy and was selected to visit a foreign country (Russia) by the DG. NCC under the YEP. Principal of the Dr. Hemla Aggarwal and Lt.
