Fake currency upto Rs 17,000 recovered

Jammu, Oct 16: Police today registered a case against 'Dhaba' owner in R S Pura for allegedly paying fake currency notes of Rs 17000 to his servant.
Police sources said that complainant servant of Kuldeep Kumar of RS Pura who runs a 'dhaba' paid Rs 17000 as salary to his servant which was later found to be fake notes. The matter was reported to police accordingly a case under FIR no. 190/14 u/s 489 of RPC was registered at Police Station RS Pura. However, no arrest was made when last reports came in.
