Art of Living conducts Yogathon 12/13/2014 11:43:57 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 13: The Art of Living today conducted Yogathon here at government Girls higher secondary school Canal road. According to press release, Yogathon, an Art of living initiative was being conducted all over the nation with the inspiration of Ravishankar. The objective of Yogathon was to make people aware of the benefits of yoga and inculcate its practice. Those who wish to challenge themselves can participate in "Yogathon Challenge" where they will complete to finish 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar in a stipulated time. Around 500 students from both the schools participated in the event. Around 111 students accepted the Yogathon challenge and completed 108 rounds of Suryanamaskar. All the students enjoyed their experience. The students were also taught about the benefits of Surya Namaskar.
