Ambardar attends taekwondo medal ceremony

Srinagar, June 24: BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar today attended Takewondo Medal ceremony organized by Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association in which students of different schools from the valley participated which was held at Shah e Hamdan Educational institute bemina Srinagar.
While addressing the students who had come in large numbers to participate in the event, Ambardar spoke about the scope of the taekwondo sport in building a strong and healthy future generations and praised the students for their skills which they have attained with their share dedication and hard work.
BJP MLC further added that Prime minister Narendra Modi is very keen on that fact that jammu and kashmir should one day be the most vibrant and progressive state of the country and all efforts are being made to make it best of the lot.
Ambardar also assured the Jammu and kashmir taekwondo association of all kinds of help and said that he will take up all the pending issues with the ministry of the sports so that the shortcomings are overcome in the shortest span of time.
Among others present on the occasion were PDP MLC Khushid Alam, Chairman of J&K Taekwando Association, Abid Ansari, President JAKA and Sayed Shuja Shah, General secretary JKTA.
