Tawi Andolan activists pay tributes to Bhagat Singh

JAMMU, Sept 28: Rich Tributes were paid to Shaheed Bhagat Singh on his Birth Anniversary by Tawi Andolan Activists at Tari Aarti Ghat Bikram Chowk, Jammu. Speaking on the occasion Chander Mohan Sharma Advocate, Convenor of Tawi Andolan and Namami Gange Project stated that life and the sacrifice of Martyr Bhagat Singh is a permanent source of inspiration for younger generation that infuse nationalism and sense of sacrifice for the country. The speaker that include Prof. B L Bhardwaj Adv. P.C. Sharma, Neelam Mahajan, S.P Raina, Subash Gupta and Surinder Sharma. The speaker, besides remembering Shaheed Bhagat Singh, stressed the need of constituting Tawi Development Board. Anuradha Rishi, world known painting artist and daughter of Late Sansar Chand Baru famous painting artist of Jammu joined the Aarti. Chairman of Luthra Educatinal society Rajiv Luthra and Ram Kumar Gupta also joined the Tawi Arti. The programme culminated with distribution of Parsad among the devotees.
