Kishtwar, Sept 28: 29 year old Haryana based girl namely Priti along with team of Haryana police today approached Kishtwar police for arrest of 24 year old Rahul Bhagat son of Satish Kumar Bhagat resident of Begana Kishtwar for allegedly committing rape on the complainant by luring her for sex on the pretext of marriage and later abandoned her.
As per the details available with "Early Times" the complainant lodged a complaint with Haryana police on August 12, 2015 wherein the complainant alleged that the accused Rahul committed repeated rape on her during last several months at his private rented accommodation in Haryana where accused was pursuing his engineering degree from a local college. The family members of the accused have reportedly asked the complainant to withdraw her complaint so that they could trace out the accused and persuade him to marry her.
Meanwhile the friends of the accused informed the "Early Times" that the complainant was in "live in" relationship since 2013 after both the accused and the complainant developed friendship with each other through social networking site facebook.
