Jammu, Nov 19: Today on its 163rd foundation day, Canara Bank Jammu Main Branch donated 3 steel almirahs, as per the requirement of the orphanage, to the Bal Niketan Ambphalla.
The orphanage houses over 150 young children and helps them to have a holistic development through their young life, when they need the most care and guidance. The Bank handed over the almirahs in a small function at the Bal Niketan where 123 children of the orphanage were present along with the secretary of the orphanage Sudesh Pal, Chief Manager of Canara Bank Jammu, Main Branch Rakesh Ranjan and DM RAH Jammu S.K Bhanu along with Arun Gupta and other staff members.
The Bank members presented the almirahs and the children of the orphanage thanked the donatees by showing their skills in cultural activities. |
