Jammu, Nov 19: An unknown male (55) died and a local today reportedly died after falling from the moving train here today in two different incidents. Separate cases stands registered in the respective cases. According to GRP spokesperson, "An unknown male aged around 55 years-old died after he fell from DMU at 94.7ksm milestone." He said that the body was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) for identification and its postmortem. Police said that the deceased was wheatish in complexion, 5'-5'' high, grey hairs and was wearing sky blue coloured shirt with blue coloured sweater and light grey coloured pent. "Anybody having any clue about the said identity/ residential particulars of the said deceased may contact on Telephone Nos. 0191-2474946, 9697000100, WhatsAP No, 7298775944 and mobile No. 9419133909 and No. 1512, police said. Yet in another similar case, a man identified as Devi Dass s/o Thoru Ram of Vijaypur Thalori W-1 died after he fell from Kota Express at Track no 76 at Vijaypur.
Police said that after taking the body under its custody, the police team shifted body to the nearby hospital for postmortem. "After legal formalities the body would be handed over to family members for last rites, police added |
