Jagruk Hindustani Premier Volleyball league-2016 concludes 5/19/2016 11:24:36 PM Early Times Report SAMBA, May 19: Jagruk Hindustani Premier Volleyball league -2016 (JHPVL), a volleyball tournament based on premier league format is being organized from April 18 to 19 May, 2016 under the aegis of Headquarters Western Command. The tournament was aimed at maximum participation of volleyball players from border areas of Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts in addition to perception management of local youth, reorganization of alert/vigilant populace of the border areas and better coordination and enhanced ties between populations of these regions and the Indian Army. As many as, 64 teams participated in the tournament.
