As per the documents in possession of Early Times, a piece of land measuring three kanals situated at village Deoli, Tehsil Bishnah of District which was originally belonged to Ram Lal son of Munshi Ram of Deoli but after death of Ram Lal, his three daughters Sudershna Kumari, Sudesh Kumari, Sunita Kumari became his legal heirs. Although Ram Lal had had only three daughters and had no son and he had a cultivated land of measuring three kanals under Khasra No. 792 (1 Kanal-4 marlas) and Khasra No 798 (1 kanal-16 marlas) but after death of Ram Lal his three daughters became legal heirs of his property but some local land grabbers started grabbing their land by carrying out illegal construction on some part of the land. The victim sisters alleged that they had approached the Police Station Bishnah and lodged a complaint against the Jimmy Charak, Parvinder Singh alias Raju both property dealers and Yash Paul for allegedly creating construction illegally in order to grab the land forcibly but police did nothing against the culprits and they are moving freely and exerting pressure on them to leave the possession by intimidating them.
Even the case was taken in the court of city judge Jammu, where judge after going through the facts held that three sisters are the legal heirs and ordered the police to protect their property from any illegal occupant but on the contrary police have kept mum, the victims alleged.
