Pattan protests against MOS Health's misbehaviour with senior citizen 5/19/2016 11:44:25 PM Early Times Report srinagar, May 19: The Pattan market today observed instant shut down when the news about the misbehaviour of MoS Health Asiya Naqash with president Bazar committee Pattan spread.
