Mandi-Fatehpur locals up against PWD 5/19/2016 11:46:39 PM Early Times Report Mandi, May 19: Alleging PWD for adopting callous approach towards the problems of common masses, the residents Mandi-Fatehpur of tehsil Mandi said the link road to the area is in bad shape lacking the much needed black topping. Local said that not only the Mandi-Fatehpur road the condition of maximum roads of Mandi is worst and the department seems least bothered towards it. Expressing concerns over the condition of Mandi to Fatehpur road, many locals said that the condition of the said road is so bad that private transporters shy away from plying their vehicles resulting problems to the locals. People alleged that the department is not showing any keen interest towards its duties and for the welfare of the people of area. Locals namely Kalim Ahmed and Nawaz Sharief said the people especially old, women and patients are suffering a lot due negligence of department.
