HC directs Director SWD to consider petitioner’s promotion as Craft Assistant 12/14/2012 11:04:08 PM early times report Jammu, Dec 14 (JNF): In a petition filed by one Mohd Afsar in which he stated that he is entitled to promotion against the post of Crafts Assistant but the respondents has not considered the case of the petitioner despite the fact that District Social Welfare Officer made a recommendation to the Director Social Welfare Dept Jammu vide communication dated Mar-ch 27, 2012 for considering the case of the petitioner for promotion as Craft Assi-stant. Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir issued notice to Deputy AG ZS Watali on behalf of respondents and disposed of the petition with a direction to Director Social Welfare Dept Jammu to consider the recommendation made by the District Social Welfare Officer Rajouri, in favour of the petitioner and make a decision thereon as per law applicable within two months from the date copy of this order is served upon them.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
