| Bail denied to accused father, four sons | | Kidnapping of minor | | early times report Jammu, Feb 5 (JNF): Principal Sessions Judge Kathua MK Hanjura today rejected the bail application of Sheru s/o Ghulab Dingh and his four sons namely Sadiq, Ali Mohd, Farid and Makhnoo who are allegedly involved in kidnapping of minor girl in present of the father of the girl. According to the police case that on December 15, 2012 at about 11:45 PM, the petitioners barged into the house of complainant namely Mohd Sharief situate at Village Sunjwan Rajbagh. They kidnapped his daughter in his view and presence with the intention to seduce her sexually. The petitioners have taken her to some unknown destination and she has not been recovered as yet and the complainant reported to police and a case for the offences u/s 456/363/109 RPC was registered against them. The petitioner Sher Ali has been arrested and while as other are at large. Principal Sessions Judge Kathua MK Hanjura after hearing both the sides observed that a minor girl is alleged to have been kidnapped by the petitioners in the case and she has not been recovered as yet and it will be an irony of justice if the petitioners are released on bail at this stage and the investigation case has to be given a fair deal. With these observations Court dismissed the application.
