Kuldeep to head district football body 2/19/2013 11:57:36 PM early times report JAMMU, Feb 19: Senior member of the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), Kuldeep Singh is set to become new president of the Jammu District Football Association. In view of Kuldeep being the lone candidate to file nomination papers for the top post, he will be declared elected unopposed as president after the scrutiny of the papers tomorrow. However, the elections were scheduled to take place on February 24. Similarly, for two other positions of secretary and district treasurer, again single nomination was received by election commissioner, R K Kohli at JKFA Jammu wing office, Mini Stadium, Parade here.
