Witness Raja turns hostile in 'Chopra Murder' case 2/20/2013 12:23:31 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 19: Yet in another dramatic development took place in much hyped Chopra Murder Case, another witness namely Raja DC turned hostile yesterday. Earlier, in the open court of the Principal Sessions Judge one Harvinder Pal Singh, the main witness also had turned hostile while leveling serious allegations of torture by the Special Investigation Team ( SIT) constituted for investigation of gruesome murders of Chopra couple, their daughter and two servants on August 9 last year. Defence counsels RS Thakur and Anil Sethi cross examined Prosecution witness Raja DC who blamed the police of torture and threats to implicate Nagar Singh and TS Wazir amongst others for allegedly hatching conspiracy to kill cement tycoon Rajinder Chopra, alongwith wife daughter and servants in 2006.
