ADDC interacts with Panchayat representatives 2/20/2013 12:32:48 AM Early Times Report KATHUA, Feb 19: Additional Deputy Development Commission (ADDC) Kathua Ajay Singh Jamwal, on Tuesday interacted with Sarpanches and Panches undergoing training under Capacity Building Programme at Hargobind Muthi Panchayat Ghar, in Barnoti block.
