| Omar should elevate Rashid as MLC: BTKA | | |

KATHUA, Feb 19: Bakarwal Tribal Khanabdosh Association (BTKA) has demanded to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to elevate the Arun Rashid Khante as MLC in the state government.
Addressing a press conference, here today Choudhary Payara Singh Andotra and Gujjar leader Choudhary Mohammad Yosuf have impressed upon the demand for taking Arun as MLC in state government. They said, "Arun is sincere and has true devotional performance for the upliftment of Bakarwal and Gujjars of the state." They further added that Arun was the man who has dedicated his life for the cause of community. |
