| JKYF celebrates annual day | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Feb 19: J&K Yateem Foundation, district unit Kishtwar today organized 7th Annual Day in the premises of Yateem Foundation hostel Bait-ul Hilal Hudri Kishtwar which was presided over by Imam Jamia Masjid Farooq Ahmad Kichloo, while Hafeez Furqan Abadi and Ghulam Nabi Sheikh Chairman Tariq Memorial Trust were guest of honour. The annual day programme was witnessed by large gathering of people irrespective of sex, colour, creed and caste.
On this occasion the management of J&K Yateem Foundation, Kishtwar presented half hour power point presentation highlighting the achievements of the Foundation during its 7 years of functioning. Tariq Memorial Trust in collaboration with Alif Charitable Trust through its Chairman Ghulam Nabi Sheikh donated Rs 1.25 lakh to J&K Yateem Foundation through for the construction of Orphan Home.
Rs 1.46 lakh was distributed among the deserving indentified beneficiaries by J&K Yateem Foundation.
The speakers including chief guest Imam Jamia Masjid Farooq, Ahmad Kichloo, Guest of honours Hafeez Furqan Abadi and Sheikh Ghulam Nabi appreciated the role of J&K Yateem Foundation for its noble contribution towards the society. Javed Iqbal Kripak Provincial President J&K Yateem Foundation expressed his thanks to the people and donors especially Tariq Memorial Trust and Alif Charitable Trust for their candid support. |
