NYC dissolves state committee 8/3/2013 11:47:21 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 3: Nationalist Youth Congress today dissolved its state committee with immediate effect. According to press release, a meeting of NYC was held under the Chairmanship of NYC state president Shiv Dev Singh Jasrotia at city centre hotel, in which the decision was taken.
