HS Paul elected as president of Delhi Advertising Club 8/3/2013 11:30:12 PM Early Times Report New Delhi, Aug 3: HS Paul, an experienced marketing professional and journalist, has been named the next Delhi Advertising Club President for 2013-14. Born in Punjab in 1956, Paul completed his bachelor from Delhi University. He joined advertising profession in Delhi in 1977.
