Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 3: Castigating constant delay in appointment of Chairman JKBOSE, President of Jammu Private Schools and ETT Institutes Association (Progressive) questioned the government that whether state welfare routine statements are merely crocodile tears. "No doubt the charge of BOSE Chairman is being handed over to Secretary for last more than two months but due to excess burden in civil secretariat working, same is unable to justify the duties as Chairman BOSE in view of present old and defunct system of shifting the Bose central office with Durbar move", Singh said. So far as the working of the BOSE Secretary Goswami is concerned, it is merely proving as a time pass arrangement nothing else because she is unable to show a required promptness while disposing off the routine students related and other administrative issues, Deep Singh further alleged. "Not only appointment of new chairman BOSE, lot of reforms are required in Bose working as this prestigious state institution is being treated as a milky cow by the state politicians from last 25 years," Singh alleged. Appealing Omar Abdullah, Deep Singh urged that any further delay towards the corrections in JK-BOSE would be suicidal for young generations. |
