BJP leaders address meetings of Akhnoor mandals

Akhnoor, Aug 3: BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, alongwith Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency Incharge Yudhvir Sethi and Akhnoor District President Sukhdev Singh, held meetings of Chowki Choura and Akhnoor mandals here to review the party's ongoing political activities besides discussing the future course of action to mobilize opinion of more and more people in favour of the party. Akhnoor Mandal President Kuldeep Sharma and Chowki Choura Mandal President Baba Purshottam gave details of the last three months regarding the party's programmes undertaken in different areas of their respective mandals. They also briefed the visiting leaders about the organizational setup of the party at the booths level. Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, said that party activists have to pay more attention on booths and ensure that the booth committees constituted so far are active round the clock and the committee members are in constant touch with the mandal and district leadership. Yudhvir Sethi said that after the successful constitution of booth committees the district and mandal teams should now finalize programmes of large gatherings in the coming days as the election to the parliament are not too far and our efforts should start immediately so that we are in a position to get lead in all the assembly constituencies.
