JKP Inspector qualifies Black Belt test 8/6/2013 11:14:33 PM Sports Reporter JAMMU, Aug 6: Inspector with Jammu and Kashmir Police, Amit Kumar Sangra has qualified the WKF 3rd Dan Black Belt test to become first third Dan from World Karate Federation (WKF) in the State Police. As per a handout issued here today, Amit has already won a medal in the All India Police Karate Championship.
