Beopar Mandal miffed over secret visit of Div Com 8/23/2013 11:56:09 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Doda, Aug 23: Civil society members have expressed concern over secret visit of the Divisional Commissioner Jammu to Doda two days back. Condemning the District administration Doda, District President of Beopar Mandal Doda Karamtullah Nehru, it was for the first time that District Administration has failed to organize a Divisional Comm -issioner's meet with civil society members wherein the public grievances were highlighted. Nehru further said that there were so many public issues and demands which needed to be highlighted before Divisional Commissioner but they didn't know why district administration turned a blind eye.
