Jammu, Aug 26: Employee's fraternity of Punjab National Bank (PNB) today to paid Homage to the Vetern Trade Unionist and Social Activists Comrade KR Nagpal. According to press release, the meeting was held under the banner of AIBOA, J&K Chapter, which was attended by a large number of officers belonging to PNB. The meeting was presided over by Senior Retired Bank Officer of PNB Avtar Kishan Mota and was also attended by Comrade Arun Kumar Gupta, General Secretary, JPBEF as Chief Guest. While welcoming the gathering Com. VK Dutta, General Secretary, AIPNBOA J&K spoke about numerous qualities of head and heart of Late Com. K.R.Nagpal. He recollected the great contribution Com. Nagpal had made for the Bank Employees movement in J&K in particular. During his carrier Com. Nagpal made it a point to bring all the benefits and facilities of the bank available to the employees in J&K State. Also the meeting was addressed by Com. Ashwani Pradhan, who in his address out lined many contributions Com. Nagpal had made to enrich bank employee's movement. It was he who masterminded the officiating of Sub-Staff in the Punjab National Bank. The Officiers present alongwith the guests garlanded the photograph of Com. Nagpal and also laid flowers as a mark of respect. The meeting among others was addressed by Com. Arun Kumar Gupta, Com. AK Mota, Com IB Zutshi and Com. Vinod Kumar. |
