Kathua, Aug 26: Participants in the Science Exhibition organized by DIET at Government Higher Secondary School (Boys) expressed resentment against what they termed as mismanagement. Teacher Karan Singh, Akshya Kumar and students Anjali, Pranab and others criticized the management committee which was allegedly failed to attend the students in proper way.
The protesters alleged that the path leading to school was water logged which made it difficult to cross the same. "Many students get slipped down with their Science models. We have come from far-flung areas and have been standing and waiting for the inauguration since morning but there are no sitting arrangement", they rued, adding that if the DIET has no provision to provide arrangements then such exhibitions should not be organized. |
