Sonali Kumar accorded sanction for earned leave 8/26/2013 11:39:33 PM Srinagar, Aug 26: Government accorded sanction to the grant of 61 days earned leave from August 18, 2013 to October 18, 2013 in favour of Chairperson, J&K Special Tribunal Sonali Kumar.
