DM imposes ban on transportation of bovines 8/26/2013 11:39:44 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT SAMBA, Aug 26 : District Magistrate (DM) Samba, R K Varma has banned transportation of bovine animals such as cows, oxen, bulls, calves, buffaloes from Samba to other districts except with permission from District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate, Samba under certain conditions imposed.
