 Jammu, Aug 26: NCP Leader Sudarshan Choudhary, along with the locals today staged protest against state government over its failure to meet the demands of residents of Bhagat Mohalla, Gurgani area.
According press release, Choudhary was on his visit of area, while inspecting the ongoing works in the said area, it was also brought to the notice of the undersigned that a biggest stone retaining wall has totally collapsed and only connectivity for the inhabitants is blocked thus leaving them in a lurch and made their life miserable. All resident (including women) joined the protest on the spot at Bhagat Mohalla Guragaini raised their slogans to highlight their problems. The students, ladies, and senior citizens cannot move from one place to another and causes no. of problems in daily life. NCP leader warned the concerned authorities to look into the sufferings of the said area and do the needful at the earliest so that their problems are mitigated and the residents heave a sigh of relief. |
