IU holds Silver Star to draw in Football league 8/27/2013 10:45:12 PM Sports Reporter SRINAGAR, Aug 27: Islamic University (IU) today held Silver Star Lasjan to 1-1 draw in the ongoing J&K State Power Development Corporation (JKPDC) League Football Tournament, organised by District Football Association (DFA) Srinagar, at Polo Ground, here. Earlier, Islamic University took the first lead with Mohammad Asif netting the ball in the 46th minute of the match. However, Silver Star equalized the lead netting the ball through Muneer. Meanwhile, in another match of the day, Rawalpora Football Club trounced Young boys Balhama by a solitary goal.
