| Deputation of Budhwani people call on DC | | | Early Times Report
Samba, Aug 27 : A deputation of Budhwani people met DC against the auction of custodian building situated at Budhwani, in which since 1947 a government school was running.
"Now education department has created its own building at another place in Budhwani and department of custodian is going to auction of that very land. Yesterday people of local area met Divisional Commissioner and demanded that on the land a community hall must be created so that people of locality could use it. Deputation members said that Divisional commissioner assured them that he would write to DC about this matter.
Today people met with DC and demand to stop auction which is going to be held on Wednesday.
After that ACR Mohammed Yusuf Malik and EO Municipal committee, tehsildar along with other employees came to Budhwani and they met people. They also assured to the people for their betterment. |
