Gugya Navmi Bhandara on Aug 29 8/27/2013 11:54:44 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Aug 27 : Annual Bhandhara on the eve of Gugya Navmi at Dev Sthan Baba Balikaran Panjgrain Brahamana (Hiranagar) is be held on Thursday 29th August 2013. According to press release, the arrangement of night stay and breakfast is also made by the committee for the pilgrims who want to stay there at night. The Bhandhara will be opened at 1200hrs for pilgrims.
