Teacher's to observe Black Day on Sept 5

Jammu, Aug 27: Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Welfare Association has threatened to observe September 5 as black day, if all Master's grade teacher's serving in other districts would not be brought back their home district who have completed their tenure. State president of Assocation, Jasmeet Singh Madaan said that already many Master's Grade teachers who have completed their tenure particularly in Doda, Bhaderwah and Kishtwar areas were running from pillar to post to get themselves reverting back to their home district and they have pinned high hopes on the words of Education Minister who have promised them to revert back after completion of tenure but up to now these words were not kept abide by the Minister or administration.
