Jammu, Oct 12 For his record breaking performance, Dinesh was declared Champion of Champion in the two-day 11th State Strength Lifting Championship, organised by J&K Strength Lifting Association at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here today.
Dinesh bagged gold in the competitive 60 kg weight category to be named for the coveted Champion of Champion title.
Earlier, over 100 young lifters from different districts of the state took part in twin events of Incline and Strength Lifting in various weight groups.
Meanwhile, the Association has picked up the probable to form state team for the forthcoming National Championship to be held in North East. |
