Influential Health Employees serving at same place for years, some enjoy attachment

Katra, Oct 12: Poor implementation of 'so-called' transfer policy of State Government can be determined from the fact that more than 150 employees of Health Department including doctors in home district of Health Minister have been serving at same place for a long and some of them enjoying attachment at their favorite places.
Sources informed Early Times that in district Rajouri more than 150 employees of Health Department were enjoying their close proximity with higher authorities. Similar, scenario can be seen in Reasi district where Doctors, Drivers, Supervisor and other official of Health Department were enjoying posting at their favorite places."Three drivers who belongs, to Primary Health Centre (PHC) Pouni have managed attachment at their favorite places.
Driver Harvinder Singh posted at PHC Pouni is enjoying attachment at PHC Mandi Poonch, Driver Ajeet Singh Posted at PHC Pouni had managed to his attachment at PHC Bishnah and Driver Rakesh Kumar posted at PHC Pouni was attached PHC Latter", sources said, adding that all these drivers have been enjoying attachments at their favorite places for more than six months. They further divulged that Dr Sajjad Hussain who was posted at PHC Thakara-Kot of district Reasi was attached at Pouni.
"Being posted at remote, Dr Sajjad Hussain with help of higher authorities has managed attachment at convenient PHC Pouni", sources revealed, adding that similarly two supervisors were enjoying their posting at same place for more than eight years.
"Health Supervisor, Jia Lal who has been serving at PHC Pouni for last eight years and Joginder Singh is also have alike posting at PHC Bharakh for eight years", the sources claimed.
When contacted Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Reasi, Dr Mohammad Yousef acknowledged that in this connection he has written to Director Health Service Jammu, but no action has been taken so far.
"I sent the lists of those employees who have been serving for long time at same place, are having attachment to higher authorities and waiting for their response", he added.
