Jammu, Oct 17: Jammu Ford opened its second service centre at Akhnoor Road near Interrogation Centre (Chungi) Jammu.
As per press release, the new service centre is spread in an area of 20,000 sqft which is divided into multiple functional areas including body shop, major mechanical shop, spare parts shop, vehicle storage area, customer lounge, customer reception, etc.
Managing Director Jammu Ford Sanjay Aggarwal also stated that with the new workshop there will be a comprehensive improvement in operational processes and service capability levels of the dealership which will help to provide professional solutions and better after sales services to the customers.
General Manager Service of Jammu Ford R S Jaswal added that the total service capacity of Jammu Ford has increased substantially which will help achieving customer satisfaction with greater efficiency. |
