| JKPGTA alleges violations in recent promotions | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 17: Jammu and Kashmir Post Graduate Teachers Association (JKPGTA) accused the Govt of blatant violation of some mandatory norms in the recent promotions of in charge lectures and masters. Addressing a meeting which held under the chairmanship of its convener Naresh Kumar alleged that a large number of fake and invalid degree holders have been promoted and adjusted without any checks making mockery of the whole process of promotions and modifications of newly adjusted masters in different districts of Jammu Division. He said that Supreme Court Judgments implement by the state government in order No.305-Edu- of 2010 dated 1-04-2010 while placing in-charge lectures in Math now thrown to wind during recent promotions of lectures. Kumar demanded to issue promotion lists lectures in science subjects after proper scrutinizing the P.G. degrees and 10+2+3 pattern/bridge course mandatory for P.G. and updating seniority list in accordance with rules deleting invalid P.G. degree holders. |
