EoC castigates depts to for not giving information under RTI 10/22/2013 12:05:26 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 21: Demanding stringent action against cellular companies which have installed mobile towers illegally, Chairman of Eradication of Corruption (EoC) Kulbhushan Khajuria strongly criticized all the departments for not giving information regarding NOC given to firm by PDD, Kathua, Municipal Counicl to cellular companies Bharti Cellular Private Ltd and Bharti Infratal Ltd for installation of towers at Barmora W No 14 Kathua. Addressing the press conference Khajuria said that PDD and MC kathua had no records available regarding NOC installation of above said tower. "If the departments have no records then how it is possible the installation of tower and how electricity connection was given to the firm?", he said. Khajuria sought stringent action against the cellular companies.
