Court issues bailable warrants against CDPO Ghagwal

Jammu, Oct 22 : Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court in a petition filed one Meenu Seeking release of her salary with effect from September, 2011, after hearing Adv HC Jalmeria for the petitioner whereas Deputy AG Saleem Malik appearing for the state observed that reply on behalf of respondent has not been nor any good reason stated for not doing so, respondent CDPO Ghagwal has not appeared in person as directed earlier and issued bail able warrants to the tune of Rs 5000/- for securing presence of CDPO Ghagwal.
State High Court further said that personal presence, shall stand dispensed within case reply is filed within two weeks hereafter and warrant be issued. (JNF)
