CM raises morale of separatist forces by his actions: JSM
10/22/2013 9:24:24 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 22: Jammu State Morcha has expressed great concern on the unprovoked heavy shelling and firing by Pakistan's forces at 26 places of International Border at Hiranagar,Samba, Arnia, R.S.Pura, Pargwal and Kanachak sector and also continuous ceasefire violations on LOC as a result of which number of villagers have to shift to safer places.
It has urged Government of India to response to the situation strongly so that Pakistan desists from such adventures in future.
It is unfortunate that at this point of time, the so called main stream parties like National Conference and PDP while playing the game of Pakistan putting pressure on the Govt. of India to negotiate with Pakistan for the settlement of Jammu and Kashmir Issue and also challenging the integration of the State with Indian Union, said JSM president Virender Gupta.
Jammu State Morcha demanded that present state government lead by Omar Abdullah be immediately sacked and Governor Rule be imposed looking at its complete failure on all fronts. Continuation of Omar Abdullah as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir is a risk for the integrity of the country and for the restoration of peace and for maintenance of communal harmony in the state.
Instead of taking care of the state administration, development activities and restoring the confidence of the people he indulges in raising the morale of the separatist forces by his actions.
His off on statements challenging the integration of Jammu and Kashmir State with India, asking for removal of AFPSA, making security forces target of his criticism there by making them defensive in their operations against militants and separatists, and adopting very soft policy towards the militants have given boost to the separatist forces.
This has encouraged Pakistan also for frequent violations on the border with a motive to send infiltrators.
The press conference was addressed by the president of JSM, Virender Gupta along with H.B. Khajuria, Chandra Uday Sharma, Devender Singh Jamwal, Vishav Bandhu Gupta, V.D.Dogra, Nathu Ram Gupta, R.C Gupta, Subash Sharma and Surjeet Singh.
