Pakistan must stop shelling, firing on IB, LoC
10/22/2013 11:23:56 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 22: Pakistan must know that every attempt at harming India has gone against it and the present situation inside Pakistan is one of the big examples of that.
In late 1980s and early 1990s, Pakistan started sponsoring terror from its soil to Jammu and Kashmir and then rest of the India, but now the condition is such that home grown terror has fired back upon them and it has become near to impossible for them to come out of it.
Now, when the militancy is heading towards its end in Jammu and Kashmir and people will live peaceful and respectable life, the Pakistan has again started to send the terror elements back to this state. It has started by violating the 10-year-old ceasefire on line of control and international border, which is again taking the situation in pre-2003 era.
That time people from LoC and IB migrated to safer places and the condition at present is heading towards that only as few people have already migrated and others are thinking of moving to safer places.
Pakistan must stop the firing in both LoC and IB and should stop the terror export from its soil.
This has never helped it and will be never help in future and if Pakistan wants to have friendly relations with India, this is the pre-condition for that. If Pakistan stops the terror elements, India will think of normalizing the ties and opening new fronts of friendship and brotherhood.
Till than no cricket diplomacy or handshake for the sake of handshake will serve any purpose in normalizing the ties. It is a fact that people of both the countries want peace and a situation like Europe where people can move freely to any country. If things become normal in south-east Asia, not only India and Pakistan, but other small countries will also grow and become more powerful than western countries.
