Jammu, Oct 22: Managing Director J&K Housing Board (JKHB) Ram Pal Sharma today visited District Hospital Samba to inspect the going construction work of the hospital complex and use of building material on the project. During the inspection, Managing Director found that the Senior Manager (Electric), J&K Housing Board has failed to complete electrical works of the hospital within stipulated time frame. Taking serious cognizance of negligence in maintaining the quality control and timely completion of works, the Managing Director on-spot issued directions for attachment of Senior Manager (Electric) with immediate effect to the head office.
Sharma asked the engineers that no laxity on the part of quality and delay in completion of projects will not tolerated. He said JK Housing Board is committed to provide durable assets to the people across the State. |
