Jammu, Nov 27: Carrying forward initiatives taken by Government, Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India to make a dent on problem of unemployment, SBI Rural Self-Employment Training Institute [SBIRSETI], Reasi is on task with a mission. On successful conclusion of thirty day training programme on "Plumbing & Sanitary Works", a valedictory function was organized by SBIRSETI Reasi, in which Rohit Mehta, Lead District Manager, State Bank of India Reasi distributed certificates amongst twenty three successful trainees.

He made it clear that the follow up efforts will be redoubled to ensure that settlement target of 70% is not only achieved but surpassed significantly by the end of current financial year. All possibilities will be explored to attain this through self/wage employment, he added. Seeking cooperation from all, he exhorted upon unemployed youth to shun shyness, come forward, utilize opportunities and give meaning to their lives.
