| Over 4000 BJP activists from valley likely to attend Modi's rally | | | Saahil Suhail
Srinagar, Nov 27 : Over Four thousand Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) activists from Kashmir valley are likely going to attend, Narinder Modi's Lalkaar rally in Jammu. Party's Kashmir unit under the supervision of its senior leader Sofi Yousf who had contested several assembly elections from Bijbehara and Pahalgam constituency respectively-has geared up to ensure maximum participation in the rally at MAM Stadium. Sofi Yousf, who is himself organizing meetings with party activists in different areas of South Kashmir, told Early Times that they have completed all the arrangements related to participation of activists in the rally. "All arrangements like transport facility, accommodation have been done by the party, However activists will spend their own amount only during the travel from Srinagar to Jammu. " Sofi said, adding they will start their journey towards Jammu on 30th of this month and will attend rally on December 1. He said that the party decided only to select four thousand activists from all districts of the valley because of the distance one has to travel to attend the Lalkaar rally. "It is not easy to attend the rally being organized in Jammu otherwise we have thousands of registered activists in the valley." Sofi added. |
