Jammu, Nov 27: Pradesh Congress Committee Minority Cell, Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front J&K has said that those political parties for their self interests have been defaming Congress Party by alleging that corruption has prevailed at all fronts besides no development has been made in the country as well as the J&K State is totally wrong.
Addressing a meeting, Shadi Lal Pandita, General Secretary Pradesh Congress Committee Minority Cell said that those Political Parties should see with their open eyes what was the situation of India when it achieved freedom and the present position of the country as well as the J&K State which have been developed and the party has worked for welfare of the masses with the result the country of India has achieved all hikes and become a super power in the world.
Congress party is committed to curb and uproot corruption, militancy and crime from the country to provide peaceful and better living to the masses of the country.
Pandita has said that Congress Party has developed technologies in the country.
Congress party has introduced new technologies viz. computers, information technology in the country which has made the India to touch the all hikes.
Ensuring proper road network connectivity in whole of the country is due to the best efforts of congress party.
The general masses of the country have been extended facilities of health care by opening Health centres, Sub Centre in almost all villages and opening of schools for extending proper and better educational facilities even to remote areas of the country.
Electric and water supplies have been ensured to atleast 95% of population in the country by extending this facility to the remote and hilly areas as well.
In order to boost agriculture and agriculture produces the Congress party has ensured modern equipments to the villagers. Fertilizers have been made available to the Agriculturists on subsidized rates by the Congress party to give relief to the land owners to produce quality produces.
Congress party has extended mid day meal facilities in the Schools run by the Government in the country and ensuring free uniforms to the students belonging to poor families.Congress party has ensured Railway networking to almost all areas of the country besides extending this facility to Jammu and Kashmir by connecting Katra, Udhampur.
With Railways and extending this facility to Kashmir province and work on railway line from Katra to Banihal is going on to connect Kashmir province with rest of the country by Railways. Pandita has said that now it is upto the general masses to defeat the vested interests and take benefit of the development and welfare schemes launched by congress party by supporting the party to come in power with full majority.
It has been said that till Independence the masses of India were facing crisis of two time meals but now the masses are enjoining properly both times meals.
Pandita has made an appeal to the general masses of the State for support of the Congress Party which shall be in the best interests of the Nation as well as General masses of the country and Jammu and Kashmir State. |
