| Freshers' cum alumni meet organised | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 27: A function fresher's cum Alumni meet was organsied by the Chenab College of Education to welcome the freshers in the session 2013-14 and to bid farewell to those students who have left the college after the completion of the course in the college. Many prominent personalities attended the function which was shared by Prof. G.Q Sheikh and Usha Chib in the capacity as special guest.
Besides this the Principal and members of teaching faculty and some prominent educationist also attended the function.
The chief guest alongwith the Principal of the College it the traditional lamp which was followed with Saraswati Vandana by the students.
Many cultural items were performed by the students and the whole audience got enthralled by their performance. After this the chief guest delivered his speech in which he impressed upon the students to inculcate the habit of academic excellence.
In the end the Principal Kamaldeep Kour, Chenab College of Education presented the vote of thanks. |
