| St Peter's High School celebrates Annual Day | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 28: St Peter's High School B C Road. Jammu celebrated its annual day in the School campus today with great zeal and enthusiasm. Today being the first day of the celebration, the tiny lots of the school, the primary section put up a wonderful colorful cultural programme in honour of special guests and gathering of the parents and students. The programme started with recitation of preaching of Almighty God which was followed the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest accompanied with coordinator of school. Speaking on the occasion chief guest Surinder Kumar Gupta (IPS) DIG-CID Jammu appreciated the stupendous performance of the tiny tots. He in his address also underlined the need of holistic development of the child through moral education. Earlier in his welcome note the coordinator of the school presented brief history of school and its academic excellence since the inception of this institution. IT Kuriakose, the guest of honour in his address also appreciated the children and the staff for their performance which left audience spell bound. Tiny tots of school presented a bouquet of cultural progarmme comprising classical, folk dances and dances Bollywood musical tunes and a skit based on the theme of Importance given to girl child was also staged on this occasion. |
