| Jammu, Nov 28 (JNF): In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Citizen forum seeking construction of fly over bridge from Shakuntala Chowk to Janipura, A Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Hasnain Massodi after hearing Adv Amit Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Chief Secreatry J&K and Commissioner-cum-secretary R&B J&K which was accepted by Additional Advocate General Seema Shekhar and directed the reply be filed within next date of hearing. |
